My name is Ella a 33-year old female originally from Finland based in Melbourne! I am looking to sublet my room for 2 months while spending time overseas visiting my family 23.4-23.6.2025

Private Bedroom available in a 3-bedroom apartment on 22nd floor in the prime location of Southbank, 5 mins walk to CBD!

Spacious fully furnished and equipped north-west facing apartment with the best views and direct sunlight all year!
The bedroom has floor to ceiling glass window facing west, unobstructed views of Yarra river, South wharf and Docklands and great daylight.
Bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe with mirror doors queen size bed and study table and other minor furnishing as seen in photos.

Bathroom is just outside your bedroom (shared with 1 female) huge living room with lengthy balcony facing CBD, Docklands and Yarra river. (I mean, look at the pictures for views)
Building has heated swimming pool, fully equipped gym and a tennis court.

Prime location with flinders street 10 mins away by foot, crown promenade and Yarra river are 5 mins away and most importantly there’s woolies right behind the building!

About us: We’re Ella (33F) and Pratik (30M) Evie (26F) living and working full-time in Melbourne for half a decade. Extremely clean and organised, mostly quiet on workdays doing our own thing but always up for a chat and a glass a wine whenever we’re free. So if you prefer an adult clean, friendly and peaceful environment, this is a right home for you!

Homely vibes, not a party house but occasional gatherings are welcomed. Cleanliness is important to us so there’s a daily tidying protocol to keep the common areas neat and clean!

About you: Ideally looking for a working/ studying friendly *individual*. Someone who is willing to call it a home for two months while Ella is overseas. Someone with a right attitude who is mindful of the noise and personal space. Someone who hates leaving the dishes in the sink :p

About the rent/tenancy: Rent is currently $1400 per month excluding bills (partial bills are covered), Bond is $1170. Bedroom is available starting from 23/04/2025.

Since this is a short-term rental I will reduce the monthly fee to $1000 (2k in total for 2 months = absolute bargain! Paying the difference myself) with no bond required. The room will be fully equipped as shown on images. However, I will remove my personal belongings for the time being to make the space yours, this includes bedding!
