Simon

I'm a 32-year-old Australian male working full-time as a firefighter.

I am a property owner in Perth and Brisbane which are being rented out. So I know how to look after a property and respect it as my own, as well as being reliable in paying rent and bills. I previously rented a unit in palm beach and can provide a reference from the real estate.

Looking for an entire unit, townhouse or apartment. preferably 2 bedroom but will consider 1 bedroom. I do not smoke or have any pets.

I am flexible regarding the cost, suburb, and move-in date (within a month). I am open to locations ranging from Miami to Coolangatta, with a preference for being close to the beach.

Feel free to message me with any questions, to arrange a meeting.
