Hey :) I'm Shubo, a full-time PhD student at ANU. I'm looking for a quiet and clean place (not a party house please) in a suburb near the ANU campus or with easy access to a direct rapid bus to civic, e.g., O'Connor, Turner, Braddon, Reid, Campbell, Aranda, etc.

I have experience living in shared spaces for 8 years; housework is always shared, and rent & utilities are always paid on time. I don't have a car so the parking spots (if any) are all yours, and I don't smoke or drink. As a housemate, I'm quiet, clean, kept to myself, and I spend most of my weekdays working at my office at uni. You'll find me reading, hiking, jogging, doing yoga, knitting, cooking, or killing my succulents (and buying more of them) when I'm free. I adore cats and like pets living in enclosures, e.g., fish and lizard, but I'd rather not have dogs indoor. I respect people's private space & time, but I'm happy to chat and grab coffee together :)

Long-term contracts are preferred, since I will be in town till at least mid 2026. It would be great if subletting is an option since I'll be overseas for fieldwork for at least a month or two every year.

Fllexible with rent for the right place :)
