I am a 53 year old Trans Woman. No dependants. I work as a mental health worker for Mind Australia as permanent part time and casully as a custom exhibitions builder. My mental health work is in Armadale and my custom builder work at the convention centre. I am looking for some where either west at the foot of the hills or east by the water. I fix things , repair things, I have an electronics and computing background as well as dance and theatre, I have tools and a broad knowledge. I work as much as I can at the moment because of the impending world events (make hay while the sun shines). But I want to transition into growing food and anything related to permaculture. I am clean and tidy and require space pref 3x5meter or 4mx4m or larger for a bedroom with large cupboard space and storage in a garage or shed for my work tools etc. I have no pets, or dependents and am looking for somewhere that has a yard / plants of some description. I want to be as close as possable to Armadale as this is where I am working but can be more east near the hills or closer to the water. Bonus if it's near a train line.... I have a car and bicycle as well.

If you are horrified by what has and is happening in the middle east and have retained your humanity and empathy then we will most likely get along terrifically. I need a clean kitchen bench and space to cook, this is non negotiable. I also need space for my fridge and tools. I am a gender and sexually diverse person and so sex and gender positivity is important. I am unable to live with organised religious doctrines as most of them would prefer I did not exist or want to convert me. I love gardening and a lawn. I am clean, patient to a point and give a cheery welcome when coming and going.

I am self sufficient and if you don’t have it and want it I can probably get it in relation to appliances and furniture. I have my own fridge and I do my own shopping and cooking. But happy to share a meal or do a cook up on occasion for the house. I also have a modern inverter dryer. I have lived in tiny spaces all my life and I don't want to do this anymore I want to feel like a normal human with space as well as a safe environment that supports my world view. A house where space is divided equally or with equity.
