Sam and I are looking for another couple to start a new lease! We both work full time in fashion and landscaping, we'll let you figure out who does what. I'm Australian and Sam is from the UK with a newly accepted two year sponsorship visa :) We are looking for people similar to us, who are social, like to hang out and have a drink or ten on the weekend. But we are hard working and low key during the week and clean up after ourselves. Shoot us a message if you're interested!
I'm a 26 year old female who loves hanging out with friends, dancing, yoga and food! In fact, I run my own food blog as a creative hobby. I work 9-5 as an executive assistant at a University and usually head out into town on the weekends. I have a partner who I see a couple of times a week - I go to his house and he comes over some times too. I love to hang out with my house mates every so often, whether it's lounging on the couch with a vino or heading out to brunch together. I'm very organised, clean and respectful and I've been living in a share house with both males and females for over 2 years.
Hey there! I am fairly tidy, quiet and respectful. I work at Guide Dogs taking care of the dogs there - so always have one I can bring home for a few days if you're a dog lover like me. I have part time hours but take up a lot of casual hours, so some weeks can be fairly intense work-wise for me. Would love to be able to hang out with my roommates and have a wine or watch some Netflix, but as an extroverted introvert, also need some time to myself 🙂
Hi guys, I am a university student and I just finished my undergraudate degree at melbourne uni, and in this July I am going to study at RMIT Bundoora for my post-degree (going to be a teacher). Most days during the week I am gonna be out of the house, studying full-time and university placement on other weekdays, even might have to work on Weekends. About myself, I am not a party animal and I quite enjoy a healthy life, but wouldn't mind grabbing drinks with friends on Weekends sometimes. I love good food and cooking as well (basically all cuisine HAHA). I do not smoke and I accept pets in the house. I am usually pretty quiet in the house but I like to talk to people. I would prefer to live with full-time students or full-time workers. If you think I am the housemate/flatmate you are also looking for, PM ASAP Pls! :) (I prefer to move in on 4th/5th Aug).
G'day I'm Josh. (the listing say James as that's me middle name ) As a flatmate i am chilled, fun, definitely easy going. Essentially looking to live with like minded , respectful people. Im clean and friendly. Spend my down time with friends, and Family. Ive just finished studying IT at Uni LAST YEAr, and now work full time in the manufacturing and transport sector for a high end car company. Hey there, My names Talitha. I am 21 turning 22 in October. I am a full time dental assistant in the city. Excited to be on here and meet new people and make new friends. I'm generally very busy with work / study and fitness / dance. In my free time i like to see my boyfriend & friends, Play Xbox, draw, cook / meal prep. I'm very organised and tend to be a clean person. I have struggled when i have lived with anyone younger because of this. I love to have a wine with my friends after a long week. I do work Saturdays which tend to be very busy at work so i really need a quiet room. Ideally I'd like to be somewhere that was a quiet place for the week and a place where we can have a drink together in weekends but leave to party. Love a boogie and party but prefer to keep it separate from my living arrangements. Somewhere with respectful, clean & positive people that are welcoming to friends. My lease ends in August so I'm trying to line up a place before then About you- Clean & friendly! Male or female is okay! Pets are fine too!
Hi I'm Laura, I'm 21 years old and I have a cat named Cleo so if you're allergic to cats I'm probably not for you sorry! A bit about me; I was born in the US but have lived in Australia since I was 5; almost all of that in Melbourne. I'm an artsy person who loves nature and craft and often holed up in my room working on something but I'm always down for a beer and a hang. I like to cook and I've been told I'm pretty okay at it and I'm always happy to cook for others; though I am a vegetarian so you'll have to cook up your own meat! But I have no problem living with people with different diets to me 😊. Cleo is an old girl at 12 but she's very chill and spends most of the day on the couch and loves a pat. I have alot of furnishings including 3 couches, a dining table, a fridge, a kettle and toaster, two desks, an outdoor table set, a washing machine and two beanbags; so I have that pretty much covered 😂. I'm mainly looking to rent a new place with people because I have so much furniture so if you're interested in teaming up with me I'll be happy to hear from you!
Hi, I'm Mark I'm going to be studying full time at La Trobe Bundoora next semester, so on the hunt for a new place to live, that's close to there. Hit me up!
Hey everyone, I'm a 24 year old female looking for a long/short term house, that I can make my home, not just a crash pad. I have just finished off studying my Diploma of Early childhood education, and I work as a nanny, so I’m ready to move out of the nest! I enjoy getting outside, camping, hiking, as well as sitting inside with a cuppa and a good book. My favourite time of day is brunch :) I love photography, and I’m just about to start a short course in photography. I spend a few nights of the week playing basketball, and love going to see live music, as well as catching up with friends for dinner/drinks (I'm not a party animal on that regard, and not looking for a party house). More looking for a house where I feel safe, comfortable and I can be myself. I like to keep tidy, and will put in effort to clean the house. I’m absolutely down for regular house meals, and definitely keen for lots of house fun like dinner parties, chill drinks and movie nights.
Hello my name is Jonno. I am looking for a room in Kew, Balwyn or Hawthorn area (but flexible) in a friendly household. I am currently living with my parents and have been for the last 24 years but have been living 2 - 3 days a week with my gf at her house in the last year with her house mates. So I am use to cleaning up after myself and sharing a bathroom with others. I am currently working in my family business full time during the week. On Friday nights I will normally go out with mates and on weekends I sometimes go to parkruns with my gf on Saturday mornings or work on my cars which are in a warehouse. Then at night go out with mates or have them around to play some Xbox. I am open to try new things & looking forward to meeting new people!
Hey I'm Trav, I'm 27 years old, work full time. Play footy and cricket and love my sports. I'm generally a tidy person without be OCD. Love to sit around and have a chat or watch some Netflix but also acknowledge people wanting some private time and enjoy that as well. On weekends I'm fairly busy with sport but will be up for chilling out at home or heading out for a quiet drink. I love watching movies and enjoy a good Netflix binge.
Hi ya! I'm Emelia, friendly 24 year old looking for a home to share with like-minded individuals who enjoy living in a clean, respectful, comfy space with good energy. I'm an organised full-time working gal, love cooking vegetarian meals with a beer in one hand, I like kick boxing and yoga and just started getting into rock climbing. Would love to find a place to call home that has a bit of character with a garden and/or backyard that is a bit closer to the city than where I am living currently, as I don't drive or own a car (but I have a sweet peachy bike!). I place a lot of importance on open, honest and respectful communication so would love to find individuals who think similarly. Definitely down for sharing a weekly meal as I'm not someone to shut myself away in my room full-time, but I am also very respectful of personal space as I totally understand needing quiet time alone to recharge. Not looking for a party house, I don't go out and come home all hours on the regular (maybe twice a year?), I enjoy a casual bev but don't drink excessive amounts, non-smoker and like many other millennials I have a collection of house plants.
I'm currently on exchange in Europe and will returning back to Melbourne in mid-July for my final semester at Swinburne University. I'm a nutrition student and love cooking healthy vegan meals. I've lived in apartments all my life, so I know how to share a living space with others. I'm clean and considerate, but also up for a good conversation. I hope I'm the flatmate you're looking for and look forward to hearing from you.
Hi Guys, My names Celeste, I’m 25 and was born here in beautiful Melbourne. I currently work full time and I am a landlord myself. In my past time I enjoy going to the gym, go out for breakfast/dinners and love a good Netflix binge! I consider myself to a neat and a somewhat organised person. I can cook and clean. I can’t stand people who leave their house full of pet hair, so if that’s you sorry but we just won’t work as I don’t have time to vacuum my clothes every morning. I don’t mind 1 cat as a pet but TBH i would prefer a fish. I’m pretty laid back when it comes to making an effort, if you make effort with me I’ll make an effort back and I’m more than happy to hang out... if you just need a room mate to help pay the bill well that’s cool too. I need to be around the inner eastern/northern suburbs Hawthorn, camberwll, Richmond ect. I would prefer an apartment with 1-2 people but open to everything. Need to move in the start of August. Idealy I would like to stay around $200- max $260 plus bills Happy to come with some furniture.
Hi. I'm currently living in a share house on the Mornington peninsula and looking to move closer to the city to be closer to family and friends. I am a young 60 year old who is fit, healthy and generally a happy person. I'm a semi retired qualified accountant who likes to travel domestically and overseas. I am honest and trustworthy, reliable, neat and tidy, have good manners, well organised and respectful of others. I am financially secure. I have a motorcycle for which I will need off street undercover parking - garage or carport will suffice. Other than that I am an easy going guy who is good to be around.
I'm a young professional athlete (squash player) and personal trainer. I've lived in plenty of share houses and am a very respectful housemate. I'm away a fair bit for tournaments or I'm often out most of the day for work and training. Love a good bevy when the time is right! Clean and tidy, will always respect personal space too. Lease has just run out on my last place, looking for somewhere close enough to Fitzroy & the City for work :)
Hi there! My name is Grace and I'm currently looking for a warm and friendly home! I'm 25, currently working part time as a nurse and studying part time doing my postgraduate of emergency nursing. I love to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Love to gym and love to cook :) I keep mostly to myself, prefer to socialise with friend outside of home. Respect that a house is shared and needs to be cared for. I'm super clean, and always will clean up after myself. And hope to find a housemate with alike values.
Hi! My name is Emma. I'm 26 years old and I'm a High School English Teacher looking for a team up. I've got permanent employment, basically an entire houses' worth of furniture, so all you'd need to bring is things for your own room (and maybe a dining table - thats the one thing I don't have) A little bit more about me: I am an introvert, though I am working on pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. I'm a massive nerd, and I have the following consoles which I am happy to share: SNES, WiiU, Switch, Xbox 360. Plus I am looking to get a Wii to play my extensive collection of Gamecube games and a PS4 to play the games I have of those too. I have a lot of books, and enjoy reading. My other hobbies include board games, table top games (DnD and the like), Movies and TV. I also have a pet cat, who's name is Snooker. She's a 4 year old Domestic Short Hair, all black with a little white splash. She loves napping, eating, and being petted then smacking your arm away for little to no reason. She's quite a social, vocal cat. You can pick her up, but she won't always like that, and you'll be covered in black fur if you do. I would be commuting to Macleod every day, leaving nice and early in the morning (7am) and not returning until the evening (past 5:30pm) so I will need somewhere to park my car. I won't be ready to move until school holidays which is starting from the 30th of June, so we would have lots of time to get to know each other. My ideal housemate is someone who is nice, clean, with stable employment too. I wouldn't mind someone I click with as friends and can hang out with occasionally, though would also be ok with doing their own things at times. I don't mind about gender, provided you're a decent, kind person. LGTBTI+ very welcome to message too! I enjoy cooking, mostly breakfast foods. I do like meal planning my week, but I wouldn't mind someone who would like to share meals from time to time. I'm also partial to the occasional drink, though I wouldn't like living with someone who wants to have people constantly over and for parties. That's just not me. I'm more of a low-key hangout person, and I'd like someone who's similar in that respect. People who enjoy bad puns would be more than welcome. If you don't enjoy bad puns and lame jokes... I might not be the house mate for you.
Hi, I am a full time student and working part time as a chef. I am a tidy and neat, enjoy living with others people, but i wont be home most of the time because of my work and study. when i am home i like to chat with others and cooking, I prefer to have private room. please send me a message if you have a spare room.
I'm a friendly, easy going professional who works full time as an ICT manager. I currently live in Tasmania and am moving to Melbourne on June 9th to work at a school in Kew. I enjoy spending times with friends, going to the gym, watching movies and just relaxing. I'm looking for a room close to Kew (30 min radius), decent internet would also be a plus as I watch a lot of TV shows in my spare time. I'm very reliable and clean up after myself. I will be visiting Melbourne on May 11th-12th to look at some places so please get in touch if you have something suitable for me to look at. Thanks Wayne
Hey guys, my name is Kimberley and I'm interested in joining someone on a lease to get an apartment! I have eyes on a few apartments, hit me up if you're interested in that! I'm a full-time computer science student, part-time pool lifeguard. (If you ever need cpr, I got yo back) I enjoy cooking, binge watching new tv series and making new friends. I am very self-aware and pick up after myself. I can be your friend or simply just your housemate. All I ask is that we could be friendly faces around the house and not having to be hesitant when leaving the room. Although having a friend to go for brunch with sounds awesome, I can total respect your wishes! :) Also, I am looking to live with someone who is okay with my bf staying over part of the week as we alternate places. We are likeminded people so definitely no drama there. :)
Very quiet, respectful and clean. eventhough i am quiet and like to have my own space and give people theirs, i can be sociable, however I keep quiet busy, i also like my own space, and give people theirs :) I appreciate mutual understanding, respect and pretty much a cool, chilled and quiet space with mature people. I very much prefer own bathroom, otherwise, very very clean people and rooms with less people in it, less residents and rooms and people who don't bring people over, too much and overtly, not partying. Prefer double story houses and being on the second level. Don't mind pets at all, in fact would love to live with one <3 I hope to hear from you. Thank you! :)
