I’m from Thailand. I was a System Engineer for 5 years’ experience at IBM. I’m going to MEL for study IELTS/EAP to prepare for master in the next coming year. I study IELTS/EAP in the morning and do part-time job 4 days a week in the evening till late night. I'd say that I'm always not at home. I consider my self easy going. Very clean and tidy, also down-to-earth. Openminded to learn international cultures and languages. I'm not fluent speaking English but I understand clearly at most times. We can be co-traveller, unless you want me to :) My hobby is taking photograph, I probably give you pretty shots in return. I’m a sport lover. Love yoga, tennis , long walk and even for outdoor activity. Can definitely catch up for a conversation during meals or my spare time. I like trying good food, good coffee and grab couple glasses of wine at bar.
Hi there! My name is Sarah and I will be moving to Melbourne from America on a working holiday visa. My boyfriend currently lives in Adelaide and we are looking for a place to move in together. We are both social, clean, and will be working part-time. Currently, we are looking for a short term or month to month lease. We don't really have a preference on who we live with as long as they are cleanly, relaxed, and somewhat social. Cheers!
Hi! My name is Caitlin, i'm a 24 year old Social Work student, in my last semester at Monash, finishing in June. I work part-time alongside uni at the moment but i'll soon likely be working full time as a social worker. I come with a lop-eared bunny called Isabelle, an indoor bun who lives in a hutch, very quiet and clean. She loves a good pat and is very cute! I spend my spare time binge-watching netflix and making art. I'm a friendly open-minded person who loves a good chat and wine, and socialising on the weekend, but also time alone. I would like to find housemates who are also looking to make a comfortable, warm home together and might occasionally have meals or some drinks together! Tidy but not too worried about a bit of mess, I would like to live with housemates who are similar. My partner would be over every so often but we definitely respect other people's space in the house. Looking for a home with housemates who want a similar vibe! Ideally I would like to team up to start a new sharehouse with two or three other people however i'm open to existing houses as well. I'd like to move around May but i'm flexible for the right people. Please message me if it sounds like I might be a good fit!
I’m Gareth, a 34yo working professional. I work full time as a business development manager for an engineering company with a national customer base, meaning I travel quite regularly interstate for work. I sometimes also work from home. I have a great sense of humour, am responsible, considerate and respectful. Ideally I’ll be looking at moving into a 2 bedroom share house with a clean friendly person / persons. Some outdoor space would be ideal as I do have a beautiful selection of indoor and outdoor plants that I would like to bring and may also do the occasional odd repair to my surfboards or convert new furniture into unique vintage pieces. I’m open to being flexible with my living needs so please drop me a line if you think there is something that may be suitable. I do also own my own furniture (bed, couches, fridge, washing machine etc) if needed or I’m happy to put them into storage. Mature but young at heart, caring, nurturing, sociable but respecting of personal space. Conscientious and neat. Love to cook and socialise over food/drink or sit on the couch with a glass of red watching films or a David Attenborough documentary.
Hey everybody! I'm a backpacker from the States looking to stay in Melbourne for 6 months. Enjoy being social but also like to have time on my own. Hit me up for more exciting details, including but not limited to: star sign, zodiac animal, birth stone, and preferred home brew whiskey brands.
I'm a Christian from Bendigo studying at RMIT. I won't throw Jesus at you but I hope he sums up my values. I'm easy going. I umpire football and head back to Bendigo on Friday nights. I won't be frequenting Melbourne's night life, but I would be keen to hang out and get to know the people in the house because I don't want to be a stranger to you. In fact I'd prefer the opposite! I like to keep things in order and am a fan of common-sense practices in the house, but happy to chat and work with whatever really. Thanks for reading this far!
I'm Lucy, working full time as design assistant. I am chilled and easy going. My room is usually a mess( due to clothing overload) but it is hygienic and I like to keep the public area clean. I would love to hang out with my future roommates , but if they prefer to keep it to themselves I will just stay in my room watching Netflix : )
STOP!!! YOU JUST FOUND YOUR NEW ROOMMATE!!! Hi 👋🏻 I'm Caylee , I'm a student currently studying Public Relations at Swinburne University, Hawthorn. Im originally from regional Victoria and can't wait to move to Melbourne ASAP! I love socialising with new people, the live music scene, singing, dancing and of course, a good Netflix binge here and there. I'm looking forward to experiencing life close to the city 😀 If you would have a room available please message me. I would love to stay under the $200 mark if possible and I will be working part-time alongside my studies. Females in house and a parking space preferred but will consider otherwise :) Looking forward to hearing from you 👍🏻🏙 P.s ... will happily be your instagram photographer P.p.s ... i make a mean pasta bake
Very quiet, respectful and clean. eventhough i am quiet and like to have my own space and give people theirs, i can be sociable, however I keep quiet busy, i also like my own space, and give people theirs :) I appreciate mutual understanding, respect and pretty much a cool, chilled and quiet space with mature people. I very much prefer own bathroom, otherwise, very very clean people and rooms with less people in it, less residents and rooms and people who don't bring people over, too much and overtly, not partying. Prefer double story houses and being on the second level. Don't mind pets at all, in fact would love to live with one <3 I hope to hear from you. Thank you! :)
Hi! I'm Georgie and I'm looking for a place from the end of Feburary for at least six months as I'm studying my last semester at Monash, and if all goes well I'm looking to stay longer term. I'm looking for something in with a decent connection to Monash Caulfield or Clayton that's also close to a train station or tram line so I can get into the city where I'll be interning. I don't mind whether the room is furnished or not. Ideally I'd love a social houseshare with clean, chilled housemates that hang together occasionally. However I'm also happy with a nice place with nice people that like their space. My max rent is 750 per month. About me, I'm studying International Relations and Spanish. I love to travel and just got back from a semester abroad in Spain. I love music and I play guitar and I love anything to do with nature: camping, hiking, climbing... Let me know if you have a place that suits or are also looking Georgie :)
Hey there! I'm Samuel - I work in hospitality at a cafe/restaurant a few days a week and study music on a part time basis at Box Hill Institute. I like to have a casual drink and chat and hang but rehearsal and study takes up most of my time so I'm fairly happy in my own space. I don't particularly want to live with bedroom dwellers who treat the place we live together as a frat house with 6,000 dishes everywhere because frankly I'm getting too old.. A nice garden that I would love to contribute would be a plus. I'm happy to live with pets as long as they rock. I'm really into going to gigs, films, whatever is going on if people want to hang out and do cool stuff. I spend a lot of time out in the northern suburbs having a boogie. I go to festivals and work in food trucks maybe four times a year. I'm 420 friendly (jazz student, duh) but I don't imbibe myself at all. I smoke a ciggie probably once in a blue moon!
I am looking for accomodation which would be in the vicinity of Surrey Hills, Mount Albert, Balwyn North Box Hill, Richmond , South Yarra and St Kilda. I have live in 7 countries across Europe, America and Asia pacific. I am an Environmental Sustainability coordinator at CPB. I love to socialise with people but at the same time give people personal space. I take accountability in cleaning up after myself and pay rent on time. My hobbies are reading, listening to classical music and going for walks.
Hi there, I’m a great cook and love to have a glass of wine on the weekends. However I also respect others space after work. And understand that others need their own time to unwind and have privacy. I work very long weeks full time in recruitment in Doncaster and keep things quiet during the week. On weekends I visit friends and do some exercise. Looking for a place I can relax, but also work together to keep a smooth running household. I always clean up after myself and pay bills/Rent on time. Totally understand how important this is to a happy household. Moving out of my current house as it’s getting a bit expensive and would love something a little closer to work.
Hi! I'm a pretty laid back person who is looking for a place that I feel comfortable in and get along well with the other residents. Some days I like to go out and socialise, other times need to sleep and binge watch tv. I'm planning to head back to study at the start of 2018, but am looking for a place to live close to Swinburne University before then :) I like horror movies, coffee and chinese food.
Hey! I'm a warm, open minded and respectful housemate always up for a good belly laugh, house movie nights, or just chilling on my own in the hammock with a good book. Huge animal lover, so pets are a plus. Vego, but anything but preachy. Musician, but respectful of the quiet hours. Ideally I'd love to find a place with a good garden to help out in, a bath, and I'm hoping for more of a sociable, friendly household; somewhere that's not afraid to go and grab beers together sometimes, while still keeping up a healthy respect for space and privacy too. Not looking for an immediate move, but just testing out the waters, and if the shoe sounds like it fits, let me know!
Fun and bubbly 20 year old full time nanny, moving to Melbourne end of April start of May. Ideally someone who i can get along with as a friend aswell as a housemate, but respects space. Used to live in Melbourne with roommates, so understands the values of living with someone. Preferably looking for someone under 25 :)
Hi, my name's Justin, I'm a 38 year old barista, and musician in my spare time. I'm pretty quiet around the house, but like to make a little noise with my guitar when no one is around (I have weekdays off, so this usually works out pretty well). I've been renting with a married couple in a house they own for nearly 4 years, and moving on due to upcoming renovations of my room. Always considerate, tidy, clean, think communication is important (like to know if I'm doing something that annoys others around the house, yet pretty tolerant of other's quirks). Always on time with rent, and like to keep on top of my share of house chores. Friendly, love a chat, but sometimes keep to myself for a while to rejuvenate after a day of working with people in hospitality. I'm looking to move within a month, and am free to move pretty much as soon as something suitable comes up. Thanks, Justin.
Very social guy, neat and tidy, happy to hang out but also to keep up some personal space, currently studying my undergrad in nursing and working in hospitality. I'm looking for a place to live preferably near public transport and hopefully with a room large enough to fit a desk, and also queer friendly, more than happy to pull my weight around the house and also to lend a helping hand when possible!
Social female looking for a new place to call home. Looking for a home rather than a house. I enjoy heading out on weekends so am rarely home but enjoy being a homebody during the week. Looking for housemates that wouldn’t be opposed to a beer or wine to unwind after a day of work.
Graduated from RMIT University last year in a Bachelor of Computer Science and currently working as a Web Developer in Richmond. I grew up in the country, moved to the suburbs and keen to settle close to work or a place where my dog and I can live comfortably. Really easy going and tolerant guy, always keen for a chat but can also keep to myself. Aware of etiquette, always cleaning up after myself and looking to find like-minded individuals. Other than that, I love to cook, exercise, and read just about anything on the web! My dog lives outside so looking for a backyard of any size and loves humans more than dogs (I know right?).
