Hi! My name is Michael (29, he/him) and I'm looking for a long term rental around Carlton North / Fitzroy North / Brunswick / Northcote and surrounding areas!

I am a tidy and respectful housemate and I'm looking for a quiet house for myself and my 15 year old cat Tenshi. She's a polite, quiet, and clean elderly indoor cat who loves people and to be pet by everyone.

A little about myself, I work in IT at the Royal Children's Hospital and work from home most days. I do martial arts 2 days a week at Melbourne Uni and love board games, birdwatching and collecting CDs.

I'm looking for a room around the $260 a week or $1100 pcm mark so let me know if you've got anything available :)
