Hello!

I’m James, 34, originally from Lord Howe Island. I run a cafe on the island and build software, including a tourism and hospitality platform. The photo is me with one of my chickens at my cafe/garden.

I’m looking for a decent-sized room somewhere close to the city or Bondi Junction.

I live a clean and active lifestyle, aside from my smoking habit. I enjoy good food, training, walking, and keeping my space tidy. I’m easygoing at home and tend to stay busy with work, staying active, and catching up with friends.

For work, I’ll be making coffee a couple of days a week at a friend’s cafe in Bondi Junction and otherwise working remotely. My cafe on the island will be closed over winter, so I’ll be based in Sydney during that time.

Timing is flexible and I can move in anytime. I’ll be back and forth to the island until mid May, then based in Sydney until at least the end of July. If it’s a great fit, I would likely stay long term. Once the cafe reopens in August, I’ll travel more, so my room will often be empty.

I’m very easy to live with and respectful of shared spaces, and previous housemates would say the same.
