I'm a 25 year old (single) lawyer from Adelaide who's looking for an apartment in Sydney. I'm moving to Sydney in early February - the start date at my firm is 18 February. I'm looking to move in sometime between 6-14 February but I’m pretty flexible. I'm an extrovert, usually operating with an open door policy (unless I'm having some solo youtube/Netflix watching time!). I'm tidy but also love to do a cook up on the weekend/when I have time (ie make my own pasta, bake, etc). My dad's Greek so I was brought up to be a foodie. In saying that, I clean as I go. Mess at the end isn't fun. I laugh at myself a lot, I love an impromptu catch up bev but also a well planned/themed dinner party. I laugh very easily - I'm warm! I'm the oldest of 5 kids and have lived in share houses in Adelaide and overseas (lived in the Netherlands for two years). I'm very good at knowing when to disappear from a common space and also when to be social. If this sounds promising to you please let me know so we can catch up!
Hi! My name is Rhys, I'm looking to move into the city for work which I will start in February. My job is in investment banking, so I work long hours and won't be around much in the week, but I like to socialise on weekends! I was born and raised mostly in Sydney, but spent 4 years in Munich, and also just recently returned from 6 months travelling. Looking to settle down now for the next few years at least. Ideally looking for flatmates who are clean, quiet during the week, but also good for a chat and being social on the weekend. I like climbing, snowboarding, touch footy, but I usually spend my free time by the beach when I can.
Hey, I'm a full-time university student at the University of Sydney. I'm on my way back from an exchange semester at the University of Edinburgh, since semester finished I've been backpacking Europe and on a study program in Thailand. When I finally get back to Australia, semester 1 of uni starts shortly after, and I start working at my old job at Macquarie University immediately, so I need a place to stay. None of my location preferences are anywhere close to North Ryde, but I own a car to get me to-and-from work, and I've always put my lifestyle before my job. These are places that I know are close to university and the CBD, so I am not lacking of activities to do during my time off. Shoot me a message if you've got a free room or want to start a flatmates group to search for a room together. Thanks :)
I’m a very clean, sociable and easy going person. I work in advertising and love exploring new places to swim, eat and drink in Sydney. I am hoping to find a place with other chilled and friendly people around the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Hi I am 34 non smoker very quiet and clean. City working professional who is very career orientated. when I am not at work I am at the gym or reading. I also love to travel regularly and the outdoors. I would prefer short commute to work (hence my selected suburbs) and a very quiet place to live where I can relax and unwind. I don't mind if you have pets, I am a huge pet lover and will help care for them! I prefer a female house mate x 1. If i have my own en suite it would be ideal however negotiable on this for the right place and house mate. Thank you!
Hi I’m Kate, I’m moving back to Sydney after living in Orange for 5 years. I’m seeking share accommodation preferably around Paddington, Woollahra or Edgecliff and will be working full time with weekends off. I’m very chilled and layed back and always happy to socialise and help out when needed. I’m hoping to find a place to live early February, would love to hear from you soon! Kate
Hey guys, I'm originally a Melbourne boy who moved up to Sydney at the beginning of last year. I've absolutely loved Sydney so far and I am now looking for a new place to live in 2019. I'm a really social person who is looking to move into a home where the current housemates get along really well and are looking for someone to join that social atmosphere. I'm a fan of all sports, enjoy an adventure and love nothing more than spending time with friends over a drink. If you think I might be a good fit for your place then shoot me a message and I'd love to come meet you and check out your house! All the best, Callum
I'm 30 looking for somewhere long term and settled, I'm single, working office hours in the CBD stable professional job, been in Australia 2 years. I'm friendly enjoy a wine at the weekends, I'm quiet in the week because I'm up early for work. I like to cook but I do eat out a lot for connivence, happy to cook house meals though. Weekends I'm usually out food and drinks with friends. It would be nice to extend my friendship group. Have house meals, nights out etc.
Basic needs: I am looking for a room beginning the first week of March 2019 for three months, possibly longer. Furnished or unfurnished is fine either way. Clean and quiet home, easy public access to the CBD nearby as I work in the city. I have a car, so somewhere to park or at least the ability to obtain a parking permit for the area is essential. Laundry facilities, either in the home, or within the building is essential. About me: I am a quiet person because I work during the week and then have alot of my own hobbies like sewing and study that keep me occupied, plus some outdoor activities. I am looking for a largish room that has or can accommodate a good sized table for the indoor hobbies. I clean up after myself, honour personal space and would prefer living with professionals that have the same nature. If your home is your place to relax and rejuvenate in peace and privacy, then we might be a good match for living arrangements. I love all animals so well kept pets will be well received but I dont have any myself.
I'm a fun, friendly and social person. I work as a professional in the CBD. I love brunching, day drinking and drinks at night :) I'm clean and respectful and love to keep my home fresh. Relatively new to Sydney having moved across from Perth a year ago so can't wait to explore all and more of Sydney.
Hi there, I’m Jas. I’ve recently moved from London to Sydney and looking for a short term rent from 19.01 - 09.02 potentially and most likely longer until mid April 2019. I like to think of myself of someone who is a combination of fun but also a hardworking professional. I am a learning and development consultant as well as studying. I love cleaning which is rare find, so would be looking for a place that’s kept well and presentable. I am a huge fan of all things food related, travelling new places, music, dancing, exploring street art, art, theatre etc. I also love long walks, beach trips and nights in! I'm a chilled, friendly and tidy individual hoping to find somewhere with flatmates who are easy to get along with and share similar interests to myself. I look forward to what Sydney will bring.
I'm a young professional from the UK returning to Sydney to study Graphic Design. I'm easy going, love a good laugh, enjoy cooking and relaxing with a glass of wine. Very clean and respectful and enjoy hanging out with friends by either going to explore the city or having a night in. Looking to make new friends and memories, even a running partner would be great.
I’d describe myself as a friendly laid back lover of all things health and fitness who as a bit of a conflict of interests works as a pastry chef (so I'm kind of in this perpetual battle of fitness vs self restraint of an unchaperoned fat kit at a birthday party) I’m 29 years old originally from the UK but have been living in Sydney for approximately 3 years now, being a pretty social person I’ll normally be off doing something over the weekends but prefer to relax during the week when I'll either be found at yoga the gym or in the kitchen cooking or creating cakes - Which I always need willing testers for! Ideally I’m looking to live in a place I can make a home with a housemate(s) I can also call friend(s) - I'm certainly no stranger to a glass of wine or two but I'm definitely not looking for a party place (I’m usually in bed by 10pm during the week!) (Move date is flexible)
Young working professional in Marketing - Generally busy with work and gym during the week, so fairly low key and out for most of the day. Love to be active and social on the weekends, enjoy healthy delicious food, yoga, being outdoors, the beach and the occasional wine. Would love to find someone similar as a housemate, where we can be social but also respects one another's privacy. I'm looking for someone to team up with as I have all the furniture to kit out a full place but would need someone else to go on the lease so that we can get a two bedroom place :)
I’m a student about to start a masters in physiotherapy! I’m passionate about sports so would love a roomie who will happily sit down and watch the cricket or rugby with me. I also love dogs but don’t have one so wouldn’t mind if someone else does :)
Been in sydney for 2 years finishing up my master's degrees. Working part time so mostly out throughout the daytime either in class or at work. At night i always try to fit in a little gym routine before going off to bed. On my off days i like going out with friends or playing basketball, skating, surfing I easily get along with anybody and like to stay neat and tidy but wouldnt bother anyone over it and am always up for a chat or a drink.
Hi, my name is Georgina. I am 25 and have been living in Paddington for the past 3 years. My lease is coming to an end and I’m looking to move somewhere close by! I work in advertising in the CBD and I’m originally from a small town in country NSW. I am very social and love hanging out and getting drinks with my Flatmates. If it sounds like I would fit into your house please let me know!
