I’m from Brazil and have been living in Sydney for the past year and a half. I study in Haymarket and work in the CBD. I’m currently looking for a temporary place from January 25th, ideally for 2 to 4 weeks (with some flexibility), while I finalise a permanent apartment for myself.
I’m a calm, respectful and quiet person. I value a clean, peaceful home and privacy. I don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and when I’m home I’m usually resting or studying. I’m reliable, organised and easy to live with.
I’ve lived in the same apartment since I arrived in Sydney and can provide references. I’m in a transition period as my current living situation is changing, because they will sell the apartment i live now!
I have two cats and I’m fully committed to keeping them long term. Ideally, I’d love to stay somewhere cat friendly. However, for this short temporary stay, the cats will stay with a friend and would move with me once I secure my permanent apartment.
I’m looking in areas with easy access to public transport, especially Haymarket, CBD, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Redfern, Pyrmont, Rushcutters Bay or nearby areas.
I’m looking for a calm, respectful home during this transition period.
