We are newlyweds starting a new life in Sydney from South Africa. Being home owners ourselves back home, we value what a good tenant is and we are very house proud.
Hi, I'm Seth, relatively new to Sydney. I have always worked in the car industry (long hours & weekend work) I am quite social, outgoing and respect others. I'd say I am great to live with. I am not messy, I like living in a clean environment. Having off-steet parking will be important for me. Cheers Seth
I am a very open and communicative girl, tidy and I Look forward to meeting new people!
Hi, I'm Eva, 29 years old and recently moved (for long term) from the Netherlands to Sydney. I work full-time within an international Consulting firm. I have an active lifestyle and after working hours I love to be outside, socialise and exercise. I love exercising in general but mainly run (the 25K Tasmania's Gone Nuts run is first on my list), play tennis and try to improve my surfing skills. I also really enjoy discovering the best soy cappuccinos and lunch places in Sydney, drinking a glass of wine with friends and watching a good movie. As a housemate I would describe myself as friendly, tidy, clean and respectful. I like to have a chat and a good laugh but I am also respectful of personal space. I'm looking for a place to call home.
I'm a 30 year old Australian / New Zealander single male who works 9-5 as a software developer in the CBD, looking to move in somewhere not too far from the city around the BEGINNING TO MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY, due to my current sharehouse’s lease expiring. I'm looking for a place with friendly people who like to hang out occasionally, but are also willing to give each other some space. Everyone should be willing to clean up after themselves and be considerate of the other housemates. I'm a quiet easy-going guy, I'm reasonably clean / tidy and I occasionally cook (Less so these days, thanks to Menulog and abundant takeaway joints!). I enjoy a quiet drink or two with a few friends, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. For sober fun I enjoy video / board gaming with friends or, if I'm on my own, reading, listening to music and watching TV / movies. At the moment I spend most weekends out of town. No shared rooms please. Inspections only possible outside work hours, preferably on weekdays.
Hi all, My names Remi, I'm a 26 year old Brit who has recently moved to sunny Sydney! Im a friendly, chatty girl who's working at a media agency. I love spending time outdoors and on the water, hence the move. I'm looking not just looking for flat mates but a good couple of friends to live with who like hanging out, grabbing a drink and exploring what Sydney has to offer 😊 x
Hi, I'm a young at heart 30 year old professional who works in FMCG in Woolloomooloo. I am looking to move closer to work (I come with great references). By day I am an EA in a marketing team, and I am also in a band, which means by night I often do gigs or rehearsals. I'm very active and play soccer, rock climb, gym when I can and spend most weekends at the beach in summer. Italian background, so I can cook. I'm very house trained and keep my area and common areas tidy. I'm respectful and can read people well, so I know when the right time is to socialise with my flatties, and when they need time to themselves (I like a good mix between having a drink/meal together every now and then). What I'm looking for, is a house/flat that is full of character, but with people who are willing to give each other space when they need their down time. People who lead their own lives, but are willing to share time with the people they live with. I would prefer to live in a tidy environment. I'm good with pets/kids etc (I don't have any of my own but I am a part time mum to a 10 year old Jack Russel who lives with my parents). I do smoke, but "socially" and only outside, and I always try not to make it a part of my home environment. If you have any questions, hit me up. I'm looking to move shortly after I get back from holiday at the beginning of March (away from 19 - 25 Feb) I am flexible on dates.

Hey I'm Charlotte from the UK, currently working full time managing a café at Bondi Junction. I love fitness and health, food and wine and just generally enjoying and exploring Sydney :)
I am a 27 year old female and just moved from Miami to Sydney. I work in financial consulting so my schedule is pretty busy during the week but I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and traveling on the weekends. I’m clean, organized and respectful of common areas and other people's space. I am looking for a flatmate who is a young professional between the ages of 25-35, trustworthy, friendly, fun, responsible and clean.
Hey, I'm a 27 year old full-time finance professional looking to upgrade to a place closer to the city - so flexible on move date. Low maintenance - all about having the house side of things sorted so we can get on living our lives. Work long hours but always up for a meal/drink. Work long hours but otherwise you'll catch me at the local gym, beach or bar.
International fun person who has lived in Sydney for over 7 yrs. I appreciate beautiful homes as I work looking after high profile people and their assets, so treat homes like my own or even better like my clients. Originally from Melbourne so head interstate quite a bit, into health and fitness, yet go out for dinners and drinks quite a bit. Fun person who is easy going, helpful and respectful.
I am a neat, friendly and positive person, working full time in logistics and looking for a home in Sydney! I enjoy the beach, sailing, bbqing and nice company with a glass of red but Im not a party animal.
Hi, My names Victoria, 25 years old & I'd classify myself as an extroverted introvert. I work Full Time in Circular Quay, Sydney as a Sales Manager. Ideally I'm hoping to find a suitable place to move into by March 2017, there's not a huge rush at the moment. This will be my first time living out of home and really want to find the right place to call home. Max $300 rent + bills. Not interested in shared rooms. I'd like to live with people aged between 20 - 30years old. Interested in areas with easy access to public transport (20min max to the city) and preferably with a car park/street parking.
Hi we are a couple working full time in Sydney and would like to find a place to call our home. We are both neat and tidy people. Both of us work during the day and sometimes we like to spend time at home. We are not party people but love to have drinks on weekends. I'm a very organised person and like things to be in place.
Hi I'm Cassie, I am a young professional working in Accounting/Audit. I am originally from Wollongong, however I have lived on the North Shore for the past two years. I am clean, tidy and very respectful of peoples space. However I am also happy to make friends along the way. I am easy going, and in my spare time I usually catch up with friends, or relax at home with a book/new Netflix series.
We're tidy and friendly and respectful of others and where we live. We're both professionals looking to enjoy a year in Sydney on the working holiday visa, experience something different and make some new friends. I'm a Legal Exec and my boyfriend, Adam, is a Civil Engineer. We are both from the UK, myself from England and Adam from Wales. We've been living together in Birmingham for a year. Adam is very active. He loves football and will be looking to play for a team whilst here. I'm not so active but get dragged along on hikes anyway! I do like to keep fit though so will be looking for a gym or to do cross fit. We're both quite health conscious so try to eat as healthily as possible (most of the time), we don't smoke and only occasionally have a drink with friends. We love food so finding great places to eat will be high on our list of things to do. I enjoy trying to cook but don't claim to be any good at it! I can't live in a messy house. I'm always tidying! Love dogs but allergic to cats!
Myself Lindsey and my boyfriend Aaron are moving to Sydney from Ireland and are looking for shared accommodation from the 19th January. I am 26 and Aaron is 27. I'll be working in the CBD for Google, with Aaron also in the CBD working in finance. We will both be working professional hours, 8/9am to 5/6pm. We both like keeping fit and active, and also enjoy cooking. We would like somewhere chilled out Monday to Friday and more social at the weekends :)
Hey there, I'm Ash. I am a 26 yo professional relocating to Sydney for a new role. Abit about me.. I have spent the last 4 years working in London for a global investment bank. I'm clean, respectful, and friendly. Looking to live with like-minded people. My weeknights are spent relaxing/winding down from work. My weekends are spent out and about, keeping active, and exploring new places. I love being social but looking for a quiet place when it's time to relax. Move in date: 4/5th March ( flexible on dates). If you have any questions please ask :)
Creative, social & extroverted. Like to play the guitar, cook & read. Other passions? craft beer, astronomy, art & philosophy. Prior to Aus, I lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and I've lived in multi-cultural share houses and understand the dynamics of living in share homes. I worked with EY for around 4 years before moving to Aus to study at Uni. Currently, I work for Deloitte in the Sydney CBD. I'm 27 and looking to live in a home with other social, respectful and mature individuals in their mid to late 20's. I'm looking for a large room, preferably furnished. Location is everything, the house needs to have good public transport connectivity. Non-smoking household preferred. I enjoy cooking and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every once in a while but I'm not a party person and enjoy keeping a balance between fun and work. I spend considerable time reading & studying music, and I will be doing long hours at work during the week. As much as I like to be social I respect others privacy and need for space.
Young(ish) professional who works in the CBD, looking for a flatshare. I'm easy-going, tidy and social - like to chill during the week and met up with friends or do something active at the weekends. Lived in Sydney for over a year (457 visa) and am originally from N. Ireland. Get in touch if you have a flat that you'd like to share!
Hi! We are a couple have just moved over from London to spend 18 months over in Sydney working full time. George is moving over with a job, and Genni will start her Job search once over in Sydney. We love to cook and explore, and will get along brilliantly with anyone who loves a night in on the sofa with a glass of wine!
I'm a lawyer at a Big 4 firm working in Tax, but it's actually interesting. My hours can be long (you won't see me in May and June...) but across the rest of the year, you will generally see me more often. I (try to) exercise most days and like to get out and explore on weekends as much as possible, having moved from Queensland a few years ago. Looking to either start a new sharehouse or move into one that's already existing. Ideally you'll be fun to be around, considerate and keep common areas tidy. If you're into reality TV, that's a bonus!
A super easy going but clean and considerate English couple looking for a room in a shared house. Both really into music and movies, and love to meet new like-minded people from all over the world, and if you like to have a drink that's even better!
Dylan here. Im a 27yo Sales Manager for a homewares&gift distribution company (until.com.au). I love my job and work long hours with regular interstate travel. I moved to Sydney about 5 months ago after spending 4 months living in Shanghai. I'm a Perth boy originally but home the last three years was Melbourne. Weeknights I'll either be at the gym or yoga followed by my ass firmly planting on the couch before sweet, sweet slumber. I love anything funny and crack myself up on the reg. I tend to be able to find common ground with most people and have a really broad and eclectic range of interests. Tend to enjoy the more left-of-centre things in life. Weekends are for adventures. Beach, friend hangs etc etc. Always up for mini day trips to somewhere new. The occasional dirty weekender is always fun but not the core focus of my lifestyle. If you think we might be a good fit get in touch and I can pop in for a meet n greet! :)
Hey guys!! :-) Im Mark, me & my friend Becky are looking for a new place to live. I am a public relations professional who works full time. I am clean and considerate and would like a flat mate who is also fairly tidy. I have a small, very friendly Pomeranian who loves people, is potty trained and obedient.
Hi! I'm a 30 year old health professional working in the Darlinghurst area. My work can be demanding so during the week I like to keep it low key or go to the gym. If I'm not working on weekends I like to go out with friends, hit the beach or go camping. I'm relaxed, open minded, friendly, respectful and like to keep a tidy home. Ideally I'd live with other young professionals with a similar mindset who don't mind the occasional chat or glass of wine. Am open to teaming up with someone or joining a house!
Easy going professional guy. I work full time (Monday to Friday) in Property and love to spend my weekends with friends, outdoors, at the beach, gym etc. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to live with.
Hey guys. I've been in Australia for a year and in Sydney for most of it. I'm staying another year (and hopefully longer). I currently live in Randwick and don't have a set moving date, just want to find somewhere new. I need a private furnished room in eastern suburbs. I'm 24 from Wales, UK. I work in events and promotions full-time. I love going to the gym and cooking tasty meals. I also love watching movies. I like a few drinks now and again. I like to keep my space clean and tidy. Message me if you have anything suitable!
Ideally, looking to move near the beach around 1 February but happy to move anytime from now. I would like my own room. About me: clean and organised, 26, tax lawyer, red wine, an energetic and positive person, non-smoker, vegetarian, active, recycler, food lover. Also, love a chat ! I'm social and typically work until around 7pm. Looking for: a fun household, it doesn't need to be the newest place on the block but must have clean and tidy housemate(s) (sharing a cleaner is ideal). BYO bed (or at least mattress since mine is the best). If you have a room that might be suitable or would like to team up - please reach out. Thanks Lisa
Hello! I’m a second year fine arts student (working part-time) looking for an unfurnished room to rent. Ideally close to a train station and/or major bus routes. I’m super open and accepting of all people and I’m looking for a place to settle down in. I have lived with people before and am very respectful of space. I have a microwave and a single couch if that is of any importance
We are mature and responsible, but also have a god sense of humour. We love cooking for friends and getting together over a bottle of wine, but also respect that sometimes everyone needs some space and privacy
I will be traveling to Sydney from the United States in February on a Working Holiday visa! I am clean, considerate, and respectful. I love to socialize and go out on the weekends but usually stay in during the work week. I am happy keeping to myself, but I am also hoping to find roommates who I can be friendly with since I don't know anyone in Sydney yet!
Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm 28 and work and study in the Natural Health scene. I grew up in Perth and moved to Sydney 3 months ago. Some of the things I love are cooking, nature and animals. I also love natural remedies and currently studying my Naturopath Diploma. I would like to live with someone that is genuinely a positive person that consciously creates a healthy mind, body and lifestyle for themselves. I'm looking for a well kept open place where I can open windows and let the sun shine in. I would like a roommate that enjoys living in a clutter free clean house with smooth vibes and of course has no issues with maintaining the upkeep and cleaning up after themselves as they go along. I like to keep happy & relaxed vibes through the house. I am very respectful and have always cleaned up after myself and contribute to the household duties.
Hi, I'm Tyler - relatively fresh to Sydney. I'm a pre-service Physics and Maths teacher (still studying) and am working in gym management up here while I finish off studying. It's a busy lifestyle, but I look forward to discovering more of Sydney! Very clean, typically out of the home for long hours throughout the day, love to socialise but also enjoy quiet time and respect that need in others.
Hiii :) I'm starting my masters in February and I'm planning on finding a part time gig too. I'm a beach person so I'd love to find a place with some fun cool people or make a great addition to someones home but I'm definitely not opposed to other areas too. I'm very easy going and love everything and anything outdoors. I'll be drowning in studying but I still plan on exploring and having some fun on the weekends and enjoy some wine/beer/cocktails I'm not picky ;) Looking forward to meeting you!
We just moved from London and are looking for a nice room with friendly people! Me, Lorenzo, am an architect and will be working in George Street and have already lived in Sydney in 2015, it was incredible! Tom is a retail manager [or at least was in London lol] and will be working at at one of the local theatres. We have been sharing houses a lot and are chilled & enjoy a laugh. We love going out and exploring, beaches, eating & the occasional drink and whatever involves spending money basically. :D Hit me up for more question!
I have been living in Melbourne for a year now, having come over to work for a management consultancy. Social, outgoing and keen to have a good time. I have traveled a fair amount through Asia, Europe, North America and Africa. Ideally looking for a flat that is tidy but not necessarily spotless and flatmates who can have a good conversation and want to have fun.
We're sisters from England looking to rent a fantastic, central spot in Sydney. Goes without saying that we are clean, friendly and tidy and both have experience in flat/house shares.
Hi, I'm Andy. 25 years old, work full time in finance for an insurance company. Chilled, easy-going guy looking for somewhere awesome to call home. Clean and respectful of others and their space. Love my football (soccer), and all things TV and movies.
Myself and boyfriend William are looking for a new room. We moved from Auckland, NZ early last year and currently live in Erskineville. We work during the week but in the weekends we venture out into nature, find good places to eat and drink, and catch up with friends. Time with mindful people, travelling, and aspirations of the future are the key to the life we lead. We regularly cook at home, and don't pass up good coffee and beer. We're pretty switched on, organised and tidy, and we'd love to share a homely space with great company. If you think you'd be a good match, get in touch!
Hi, I'm Alex, 34 years old and work in a busy but fun advertising sales job. Work pretty regular hours during the week. Escape the work stress with gym; pretty health conscious outside of my chocolate addiction! On weekends always up for chilling whether its at the beach, movies, reading or catching up with friends. Not a big party animal but don't mind a drink with friends every so often.
Hi, My name is Klara and I am a Czech student currently based in Sydney. I am friendly, easy going and sociable person who loves to interact with people but at the same time enjoys her personal space. I am a non-smoker, clean, tidy and respectful to others so I consider myself an ideal flatmate :) I am looking to live with like-minded people who are busy with their studies and/or work but who also like to socialize and create "home far away from home" atmosphere. I love to share dinners and bbq time but definitely not a hard party girl. Gosh, I'm too old for that now :) I look forward to meeting you! Klara
I'm a full-time marketeer working in Sydney. I'm a Sydney local having lived the last few years in the eastern suburbs (combination of flat share and on my own). Looking at setting up a new 2 bedder (possibly 3) with someone in the surry hills region. I'm looking at finding something relatively modern with a bit of light and a balcony for those arvo beers. Probably a 2 bedder with 2 bathrooms to avoid the morning log jam! I will also need off-street parking. That said, I reckon a place like that would cost in the region of about $700-900 p/w. Bills, internet and all that I'd just look to split down the middle. My weekday sees me leave at about 8am and return at about 8pm or 9pm. I would usually cook up a quick meal (not too shabby in the kitchen) before chilling out on the couch and watching a bit of TV before going to be bed. Weekends are a bit more exciting and varied; I spend them out and about meeting with friends, heading to the beach, playing golf, going out at night, and so on. I'm pretty chilled out and easy going - you can definitely join me for a beer and talk anything with me, especially sport! . Whilst tidy and clean, I'm not uptight about it. I would be looking to organise a cleaner to do the bulk of the cleaning. I'm looking for someone easy and cool to live with. I'm just a normal bloke, looking for someone similar. If you're interested in something similar get in touch and tell me a bit about yourself.
Hey there! I'm Chloe, I'm half Aussie half English moving back to the beautiful city of Sydney to give University a go. I'm easy going, down to earth and always up for a laugh. Love getting to know people and going on adventures!
I am a chilled out professional working as a Business Development manager for a company that makes mobile phone apps. Have been in the UK for work for the last 5 months and have now returned to Australia. I do like sports and I love a glass of wine and a bit of a chat. I think I am easy going and try to be as clean as I possible can be. There might be the odd dish left in the sink on a Saturday night, though it would be cleaned the next morning.
Hello guys ! Manuel here from Italy. I'm been there from October and I work in the hospitality close to Opera House . I spend much time outside while work but like also to spend my day off chilling at home. I'm tidy and quite and not into party. Let me know. For any questions I'm here. Thank you. Manuel
I am 32 and work as an Account Manager for a digital design agency, based in Pyrmont. I love to keep busy and active - enjoying catching up with friends, eating & drinking out, beach, gym, Pilates, Barre and fun day trips & weekends away. I like to come home to a friendly and tidy home, and to share with someone who has a similar lifestyle to me. Always up for a chat and a glass of wine. I am pretty chilled and also very organised and clean.
Hi guys, Well, I am a dutch student studying biomedical sciences who will be doing an internship at the UTS. I like to do sports, make music and have fun with friends. I think I can be considered an easy going and friendly guy. If you like to know more, feel free to ask.
I am 29 years old, working full time professional as a Group Finance Manager for a tech company. Grew up in Sydney but have lived abroad in London for 2 years. I am easy going, like to travel and go to live gigs. I play in basketball comps twice a week and am respectful of others I live with and am a clean and tidy person. Love to have a laugh, have my own social group of friends, but always happy to make new ones and make the place we can all call home.
I'm an easy-going 25 year old desk jockey working full time in the city. While I do work long hours I still like to find time to get down to the pub with a few mates or have a night in, binge watching TV Shows. I am not looking for a party house, but rather a home with friends. And if those friends like chatting over a few drinks, watching the cricket/tennis/footy (AFL of course), and getting thrashed at FIFA then that is just a bonus! (Far right in profile pic)
