Hi there, I’m Peter I’m a chilled out, easy going Scotsman who has just moved back to Perth for work. I am FIFO and I will be doing a 2/1 roster.

Ideally I’d be looking for a place to stay every 3rd week only on my rostered week off. My budget is $750 for every week I stay for this arrangement in the right place

If I can’t find this option then I am open come to an arrangement where I take the room permanently at a reduced rate ($250pw bills inc.) as I will only be at home 17 weeks of the year and most likely even less as I often try to visit my daughter in NZ as often as possible so it could be 10-12 weeks total I’d be at home

I am friendly, reliable, clean and thoughtful and very good practically as I’m an electrician. I have owned, shared and have rented my own accommodation many times worldwide before so prioritise respecting other people and their privacy.
