I’m in my early 30s, friendly, active and pretty easygoing. I work in hospitality and outside of work I love training for triathlons, going for sunrise swims, coastal walks, writing, and spending time with friends over good food.

I’m tidy, respectful, and enjoy a calm, homely space — definitely not a party house vibe. I’m social and love a chat, but also value downtime to recharge.

I’m looking for a bright and clean home with female housemates only around the Eastern Suburbs area. Ideally I’d love my own bathroom or to share a place with two bathrooms, and a balcony or storage space would be great for my indoor bike. My budget is $300–$350 per week.
