Hi I'm David, in my early 30's and currently on the look out for a place to call home for the next while.
Ideally hoping to find somewhere in the areas from North Coogee to Claremont - close to Freo or along the trainline. Happy to consider other options too.

I work as a construction professional and I'm currently on a project in Albany so working a FIFO style roster 2:1

On my weeks off I'll catch up with friends for coffees or beers and have a fairly active lifestyle. I don plenty of running and cycling, enjoy the occasional round of golf, sauna sesh and just enjoy hanging out at the beach.

Best suited to similar like minded housemates who are fairly laid back yet somewhat professional. Ideally people who don't mind tagging along for activities or grabbing a drink. However respectful of own space and boundaries. I will normally retreat to the bedroom with a cup of tea before bed to unwind.
