Michael and Josje

My wife and I are looking for a furnished apartment in the city (preferably the Docklands area) for our sole use. We live 6 months in Amsterdam and 6 months in Melbourne and both work part-time. I am an Australian citizen and my wife has permanent residency. We arrive in Melbourne on 7 November. It is not clear yet whether we will need to quarantine for one or two weeks or if we can do it at our own residence. So the start date of the lease may be as early as 7 November or from 21 November. Hopefully that will be made clear in the next couple of weeks.

We find having a good view important and ideally facing North/West. Something which is on a high level is preferred. Either one or two bedrooms is fine but with a car park in the building or in very close proximity. We are an active couple and very quite and clean tenants.
