Jamaica and Louis

Hello! We are Jamaica and Louis. We are 26 & 27, both high school teachers, and have lived in Newcastle for the last 7+ years for study and work, briefly moved away but are coming back to Newcastle and are looking for a sublet or living situation between approx Feb-June (very flexible on our dates), so if you're planning on going away and have a room/s that might suit reach out!

We have both lived in sharehouses for several years now and are clean and chill housemates; happy to do our own thing or hang out. We are interested in music (having space to jam would be epic! but not essential), being outdoors, swimming, tennis, travel, cooking, and we are currently learning how to surf. Our budget will depend on what the setup is/how much space we have, between $300-500, in Cooks Hill, The Hill, Bar Beach or Newy East - or anywhere nearby is great.
