Hi! I'm Jaz, from Qld and been here since November. My current sublet is ending in Feb but I'm definitely not ready to leave Tas yet! Open to 4 - 12 month stays.
I have a full time job in insurance working remotely. This means I will need Internet access and a room that can fit a desk (or some other space in the house)... But don't worry I won't be home all the time as outside of work I spend the large majority of my time exploring and hiking (hiking pretty much consumes my life haha!).
Currently living in a share house - I know how to clean up after myself, contribute to chores, like to have a chat now and then but respect privacy and enjoy down time too.

Somewhat flexible with move in date, but between 15-19 Feb or 23-27 Feb or 3-7 March would be ideal. Ideally within 30min of Hobart but am open to considering further away places for the right fit and price.
Flexible with furnishings but at least a bed is needed. I do have a car so off street parking preferred, or reliable on street parking.
