Hi! I'm Jaz, from Qld, been here since November and looking to stick around long term. Open to 4 - 12 month stays.

I work full-time remotely in government insurance. Outside of work I spend the large majority of my time keeping active, exploring Hobart/tas and hiking (hiking pretty much consumes my life haha!) I'll also sometimes dabble in crafts or games too. Love to have a chat with the people I live with now and then, maybe share a dinner or drinks together (or not, whatever floats your boat), but also respect the need for space and down time.
Have lived in a few share houses over the years - I know how to clean up after myself and contribute to household chores. If you want references in sure the girls I'm with now can provide.

Somewhat flexible with move in date, but ideally between 15-26 Feb or even later (later is better tbh). Within 30min of Hobart but am open to considering further away if everything else fits.
Flexible with furnishings for longer term rentals but at least a bed would be preferable. I do have a car so off street parking preferred, or reliable on street parking.
