I work full-time for a small technology company in Subiaco and am currently looking for a place closer to the city or Subiaco area to cut down on commute time. I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with, while also mindful of others’ space and routines.

Outside of work, I spend a good amount of time volunteering, which is something I really value. At home, I’m generally tidy and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking most of my meals, mostly meal plan once a week, and would be happy to share food occasionally with housemates.

In my downtime, I like watching sci-fi shows, going for hikes, and staying active. I’m social and enjoy a good chat, but I’m not a party person and prefer a calm, comfortable home environment.

I’m ideally looking to live with like-minded, mature, and clean people who are respectful and easygoing. I’m reliable with rent and responsibilities and would treat the place as a home rather than just a place to stay.
