Jason

I am Jason Chan. I am a Data & Analytics Professional with 6 years of experience. I am a Malaysian and also Australian Permanent Resident who used to live in Adelaide for 8 years before relocating back to Malaysia for family reasons.
I got a job offer in Perth starting on the 19th of October next month and I am urgently looking to secure a place to live.

About me: I am clean, tidy, and does not make a lot of noise. I am not a party planner, I don't plan parties or invite a big group of people to mess up the place. I pay rent on time.

My preference is an entire property for myself (studio or 1-bedroom).
