My names Gemma, I am 32 years old, mature female. Very quiet and health focused, looking for a quiet place to call home. I don't drink, smoke or have any pets. I also have rented on my own through the real estate previously. Always returned bond. Also could provide reference from previous flat mate 😊

I am looking for a private and quiet granny flat. Self contained and functional. With an outdoor area of some sort. Please no where with past or current water damage as my health and belongings have been effected by this in the past.

I am looking to move fairly soon but I'm willing to wait a little for the right place. Looking for somewhere long term.

A bit about me:

I am a very quiet person, I enjoy reading, meditation or listening to a good podcast when I am at home. I don't watch much tv. Very holistic/ health focused. (Not looking for a party place)

I do muay thai/ will be taking this up again or dancing again when i move, i frequent the gym as well as sauna's etc and farmers markets on weekends.

Looking for somewhere central Sunny Coast or bit more southern.

I will be re-locating back to the Sunshine coast from the Gold Coast, and will be looking for work after i find a place, i would like to settle back into my life first, however i can pay some rent upfront for the right place. That is not an issue.
I will be working around 3 days a week (qualified in childcare) this will be combined with other long term and stable payments, so it will be like a full time wage combined.

I have a mild auditory processing disorder (learning disability) not a mental disorder. You wouldn't notice it. Doesn't greatly effect my life.

(I have a blue card and pass police checks)
