Looking to potentially move from my current place. For the right rental.

My names Gemma, I am 32 years old, mature female. Very quiet and health focused, looking for a quiet place to call home. I don't drink, smoke or have any pets. I have rented on my own through the real estate previously. In a granny flat currently. Always returned bond. Also could provide reference from previous flat mate 😊

I am looking for a private and quiet granny flat. Self contained and functional. With an outdoor area of some sort. Please no where with past or current water damage as my health and belongings have been effected by this in the past.

A bit about me:

I am a very quiet person, I enjoy reading, meditation or listening to a good podcast when I am at home. I don't watch much tv. Very holistic/ health focused. (Not looking for a party place)

I am usually fairly active, out and about or at gym, saunas etc, farmers markets on the weekend. I live a healthy lifestyle. But i do like to be at home, i am not constantly busy.

I have savings and am not currently working. I usually work 3 days a week and get other payments too. I am not sure exactly when I will be going back to work or if i will start my own business i am taking some time to myself.

I have just moved back to the Sunshine coast after dealing with some personal things.

I am qualified in childcare. Also have an active bluecard.
