Hi there! I'm a 33 year old Spanish guy who has been living and traveling around Australia for 3 years and after, I settled down in Sydney the last 2 years. I'm a mechanical engineer and I am working full time in a company close to Parramatta, but I can work 2-3 days from home.

Recently I got my PR and I'd like to live closer to the beach (for long term) between Bondi and CBD, in a quiet area and defenetly not in a party house.

I prefer chill plans, playing guitar, surfing, soccer, crafts, traveling, enjoying nature, animals, cooking, board games.... I specially want to live close to the beach to surf as much as I can

I've been sharing houses for the last 10 years, I don't smoke and I'm an easy going person, clean and respectful, who likes to have a social house sharing food (Spanish one), chats, friends meetings... but enjoy and need my space at the same time.
