Hiii, I’m looking for someone to team up with and find a two person place!

My current lease ends September 17th so I’m looking to start applying very soon.

I work in a pub but mainly do day shifts, latest id get home is 11 on a Friday or Saturday but I’m super respectful of other peoples work/sleep schedules. I’m starting uni mid August so will also be studying quite a bit. I’m an easy going housemate, loves a clean place and always up for a chat but I understand the importance of privacy and alone time.

Im a summer GAL- love going to the beach, having chill nights in watching movies, cooking or baking and starting a new random hobby. I’m not huge on going out but don’t mind one or two at the pub then bed preferably at like 9. Looking to find a solid, reliable housemate who I can hopefully make a friend out of.

I have a beautiful cat Evie, she is extremely chill, literally just moves to find a new spot to sleep. I preferably want to find a place with a small courtyard/ fenced off area that she can roam (she can’t jump high luckily) You wouldn’t have any responsibilities to do with her, except she will definitely want to say hi.

I also own everything for a house!
