I am a friendly 54 yo guy with my own small business and also do some part time contracting work.

I am easy to live with, responsible and clean. I am youthful and fit for my age, with a variety of interests, including basketball, surfing, Spanish and tai chi/kung fu. I am super friendly, considerate and easy to get along with. Not a drinker or party animal, prefer a quieter house but enjoy socialising. I had a small book published about my life, so you'll probably get to know more about me than most flatmates (or more than you need to know lol).
