Hi, I’m Ange & I am 25 years old and working full-time in real estate. I’ve been in the industry for three years, so I’ve got a steady income and good references. I’ve also got a solid rental history with great references from previous landlords.

I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m pretty quiet during the week usually up early for the gym before work and home in the evenings. I’m easy-going, respectful, and like to keep things tidy. I’d love to find a place with likeminded people where I can feel at home long-term, or a place of my own.

I’m a social and easygoing person who enjoys meeting new people and getting involved in fun activities, whether it’s checking out a new café, hunting down the best matcha in town, or spending time outdoors. I love exploring the local area and making the most of the coast has to offer.

That said, I also really value a peaceful and respectful home environment. I’m mindful of shared spaces, and I appreciate downtime and personal space too.
