Howdy!

My lease ends in February and I will be looking for a place for myself and my well trained border collie to call a safe haven. I do not party, I spend most of my time at the gym, travelling, and chauffeuring my passenger princess of a dog around. I am more inclined to a team up with a potential house mate in the surrounding suburbs provided there is a mutual understanding of certain morals/virtues.

Pros:
1) Absolute champion to get along with and live with, I possess a good mutual understanding of respect and cleanliness when it comes to a household.
2) somewhat witty with a good sense of humor.
3) I work pretty long hours, often home by 9pm.

Cons: Don't overfeed, somewhat food driven, a treat away from being your best friend.
