Hi Everyone, Jane here.

I'm looking for either an established home to join, or someone to lease out a property with.

I work for a construction supplies business in Brookvale as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Team Lead, and just recently started working at a fresh produce markets in Orange Grove on Saturdays. I also do a little bit of disability support work, online, with a long term client regularly on Sundays. So, I am kept happily busy and am loving it all.

I recently decided to stay in my day job, and so, Sydney (I had been pursuing a move to the Gold Coast) so I am navigating my way with this, which includes looking for the next home space that is close-ish to my workplaces.

Ultimately the sort of home environment I'm looking for is a mature, fun and caring one. I am an amazing housie - down to earth, sense of humour, mature, caring, enjoy keeping the home clean and tidy, cooking, health and well-being pursuits, and connecting with family and friends and housies while getting on with life.

I also come with referees if need be :-)

My ideal rent is, up to $380/week, bills on top.
