Hey I’m hoping to find a 1-2 bed apartment for myself OR a housemate team up to look for somewhere to rent together. I’m currently working casually on random days throughout the week in Sylvania (I dont drive so my preference is to be relatively close to Sylvania or to public transport).
I’m friendly, understanding, super clean and reliable, value open communication and have a dark sense of humour. I love a good chat or a movie night and shared meal once in a while but mostly like keeping to myself. I like being out in nature, cooking, listening to music, or getting into my arts and crafts. I also smoke 🍃
I have visitors over sometimes including a partner that I’d want to have over/stay the night semi regularly. I always let my housemate know when I’m having someone over!
I’m super tidy and always clean up after myself, reasonably consistent in chores/washing dishes/taking rubbish out etc. And this is something I would also value in a housemate. I really appreciate considerate people. Pets are not deal breaker as long as they are reasonably clean and house trained.
It’s super important to me that we both feel comfortable and relaxed and that it feels like both our homes.
