I’m Mikes, 23 from UK, relocated in 08. I’m clean and reliable housemate, make sure to pay on due dates, I won’t be causing a racket or too much noise, may have friends over on the occasion but no guests unless discussed.
Currently don’t own a car so no parking space needed I’m happy to stay for an agreed amount of time also
Bit OCD like so I will keep the place clean and tidy, pretty nonchalant , friendly and active I try to stay fit and keep motivated....I spend a lot of my free time at the GYM. Studied fashion/design but recently got into barbers course. Working at YD clothing Rundle. I love music and like to keep good vibes and will be of great assistance if any favours around the place needed.. I’m also out alot, but also down for social time and drink occasionally
