Hey guys I’m Josh, single, 28 years old, and and I’m looking for a room to rent possibly with one other person, preferably female, only because I know most females are clean and respectful and that’s exactly what I am also! I work in construction as an operator. At the moment I’m working on the highways so it’s night shift work at the moment, so I would like to find a nice peaceful, loving household.

In my free time I’m always at the gym, when I’m not I’m out exploring, hiking or 4wding. I absolutely love nature and being outside so you’ll never see me at the house. I’m an adventure sort of guy where I need to be outside always doing something.

I’m very clean, respectful and kind, definitely want to find someone where we can come home, connect with eachother and talk about our day and listen to eachother when we need a friend. I’m very also into my mental health and wellness side, so I’m always keen for a chat or to check in if you’re going okay, or a recovery session. I’m definitely not a party boy anymore.

I’m very helpful around the house when there needs to be chores done.

Overall, looking for a nice loving space to call home for a long term contract, make some great friends and make some fun adventures happen.
