Josh - quiet, respectful 35 yo with many years of share housing experience in Melbourne. Moved to Adelaide in 2020 and have been living on my own, but due to rising rent costs, am looking for a new place to call home.

I love animals and have my one 12yo beagle x bloodhound, Lucy, who is friendly, quiet and pretty lazy! She gets along well with other dogs but is happy to be a strong independent woman! She sleeps in her own bed in my room and is well trained, however is untrustworthy around food. All bins MUST be kept inaccessible to the dog and food cannot be left unattended.

I'm working as a bar manager in Magill Wedensdays to Saturdays, with finish times usually being between 10PM and 12AM, so someone who can be considerate of my hours is certainly something that is very important.

I'm an avid singer/songwriter, have my own music studio equipment and I also umpire football, involved with the Independent Schools competition and Umpire Coaching at SANFL during winter.

Ideally I would need a separate space for my music stuff and studio setup as well as a bedroom, however if there is a bedroom big enough out there to house it all, great!

I have all my own furniture if needed including second fridge, and a benchtop dishwasher.
