I'm looking for a new home by the end of Dec/early Jan.

I'm reliable, quiet, respectful, clean, young at heart, and have a sense of humour. I've recently stopped fulltime work (academic researcher/student advisor) but continue to work part time, and have a pension. I'm also busy with yoga, pilates, physio and trips away.

I need a quiet place to call home for the next 12 months, near public transport.
Studio or share with like minded person/s.
Furnished required, (but room for my desk and bookcases and/or storage option if possible).
Prefer own bathroom.

I enjoy swimming in the ocean, beach walks, music, reading, and travel.
I'm a non smoker.
I'm an early to bed, early riser person.
I'm friendly, but also enjoy my own space and will respect yours.
