I'm looking for a new home by the end of Dec.
I'm reliable with rent, quiet, respectful, clean, young at heart, and have a sense of humour. I've recently stopped fulltime work (academic researcher) but still work part time and have a pension. I'm also busy with yoga, pilates, physio, swimming and trips away.
I can supply rental references.

I need a quiet place to call home for the next 12 months, near public transport please.
Granny flat, studio or share with like minded person/s.
Furnished required, (but room for my desk and bookcase and/or storage option).
Prefer own bathroom.

I love being near the ocean, so I am open to moving to the Gold Coast.

I love the beach walks, swimming, pilates, music, healthy eating, reading and writing. I'm a non smoker. I am clean and tidy.
I am friendly, but also enjoy my own space and will respect yours.
