STUDIO APARTMENT WANTED IN BURWOOD
Hi. I’m a recent graduate from Deakin Uni on a hunt for a STUDIO APARTMENT near Burwood. I’m really keen on getting something along the tram line 75 because I rely too much on it for work, groceries and other stuff. Someplace around bus 732 will also be fine.
About me, I’m 23, an outgoing and friendly individual who gets along really well with housemates. I’m really particular about cleanliness, especially common areas, respect privacy and space and expect the same. Love to cook on weekends and watch movies on off days and always up for brunch or dinner dates outside.
My ideal place would be a new apartment preferably not too old, mirror wardrobes is a plus. But I’m happy to adjust few things around if the location and room ambience suits me along with the rent. Please hit me up if you have something for me :) Any leads are appreciated.
