I am a honest, clean and respectful non smoking retired single man who is looking for a nice place with friendly people to call home.

Currently living in Kooralbyn Valley and have decided I'd prefer to move closer to the Gold Coast to be closer to friends. I have said I'm looking for 6 months, however this could extend if I was sharing with the right person.

I am fun loving and enjoy a laugh while also enjoying my quiet time and would certainly respect your space. I like to stay fit and healthy.

I'm a fair cook and clean up after myself. And, although not pedantic, like to keep things neat and tidy while sharing the cleaning chores and expect the same with people I live with.

My mega party days have passed, however I still enjoy being sociable, having fun and making new friends. I love animals and would be open to sharing with someone who has a cat and/or dog.

I have my own bedroom furniture, and a large desk and art so won't need a furnished bedroom; and could be open to a team up to share a house or unit.
