Respectful, clean and quiet. Can provide a reference from my previous rental if needed.
Rarely drink and don’t smoke.
Looking for a place for myself but somewhere that my partner could come and stay at now and again.
Open to short term if that’s all that’s available. But for the right place will happily stay long term.
Would prefer off street parking or at least a safe area.
Own bathroom is a must for me
Free time is spent hiking, days out, at the gym or gaming.
Some furnishings would be ideal but if the property is empty that’s fine.
