Respectful, clean and quiet. Can provide a reference from my previous rental if needed.
Most areas between Caloundra and Brisbane would work.
Non smokers and no drugs.
Open to short term if that’s all that’s available. But for the right place will happily stay longer
Would prefer off street parking or at least a safe street.
Looking for our own place; granny flat, studio, 1/2 bed. Anything that is private really.
Some furnishings would be ideal but if the property is empty that’s fine.
