Hey there 👋🏻

My name is Paul and I’m currently looking for a new place to live as my lease is about to end at the end of April. With me is my cat Big Boy, an adorable and well behaved British Shorthair and my current housemate Sarah who I’ve been living with for the last year.

We’re looking to either move into an existing place with two spare rooms or find a third person on here to team up with to find an independent rental, we’ve already been looking and making enquiries but are hoping to lock in another person asap if that’s the route we decide to go down.

I currently work Monday-Friday as a case manager in out of home care and on the weekends I like to just kick back and relax, surf if the waves are good or do a little day trip out of town.

Sarah works as a chef and usually has Sundays and Mondays off, either doing early morning or late evening hours.

We definitely appreciate our own time/space and doing our own thing but are definitely good friends as well as housemates and enjoy when we get the opportunity to sit down and cook a meal or watch the footy together.

Neither of us are really big drinkers or partiers (too old now unfortunately 👴🏻) and would prefer somewhere on the quieter side where home is somewhere that we come to unwind rather than let loose.

We like to keep things tidy and am very on top of cleaning up after myself as well as doing my share of chores to maintain the house.
