Hi, I'm Paul!

My current lease is up 6th June and the friends I was living with are moving overseas, so I'm looking for a teamup or new lease to move into, ideally something long term (minimum 1 year). I'd like to try move into the north (Reservoir, Preston or closer budget permitting).

I have all major furniture (fridge, dining table, TV setup, couch, outdoor table, etc) so you don't need to buy anything!

I've lived in share houses for more than 15 years and consider myself to be respectful and quite easy to get along with. I always clean up after myself and keep shared spaces tidy.

In my downtime I'm usually either out and about climbing and hiking, or having a chill one in gaming, reading or watching a show.

Generally I keep to myself during the week, but always happy to have a chat, or do housemate activities on weekends - no social obligation but would like it to feel like a comfortable home. Occasionally I might have friends over for a BBQ or games night but otherwise try to keep the house as a calm, peaceful place to unwind.

I don't currently have any pets but may look at adopting a dog at some point next year, so I'd like to try and find a place with some kind of outdoor area.
