Hi, I'm Paul!

My current lease is up 12th June and the friends I was living with are moving overseas, so I'm looking for a teamup or new lease to move into, ideally something long term (minimum 1 year). I'd like to try move into the north (Reservoir, Preston or closer budget permitting).

I have all major furniture & white goods (fridge, dining table, TV setup, couch, outdoor table, etc) so just need someone who's keen to find a long term place to share!

About me:
I work in IT 2 days in the city, and 3 from home.

I've lived in share houses for more than 15 years and consider myself to be respectful and quite easy to get along with. I always clean up after myself and keep shared spaces tidy. Very progressive leaning.

In my downtime I'm usually either out and about climbing and hiking, or having a chill one in gaming, reading or watching a show.

Generally I keep to myself during the week, but always happy to have a chat while cooking dinner, or do housemate activities on weekends - no social obligation but would like it to feel like a comfortable home. Occasionally I might have friends over for a BBQ or games night but otherwise try to keep the house as a calm, peaceful place to unwind.

I don't currently have any pets but may look at adopting a dog at some point next year.

What I'm looking for:
A house/townhouse/unit with 2+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms (so we each have our own), and ideally an outdoor area with grass/turf and a garage/covered area I can setup my home gym. I'd prefer to share with just 1 other person but would consider other options too.
