I’m looking for a granny flat/self-contained unit for myself and my 1.5-year-old son. We moved from the Gold Coast to Brisbane just over a year ago, but I’m hoping to find a space with a bit of greenery and a small outdoor area closer to where I grew up. City life is a bit chaotic

Open to areas from Coomera down to Coolangatta, Tamborine mountain and surrounds, Currumbin valley, Tallebudgera Valley. Pretty flexible location wise if we find a place that feels right 🌱

I have a stable income, will be working more once my son starts daycare soon, hoping to settle somewhere new before that happens. We spend a lot of time outdoors, have craft days, and at home I’m respectful, quiet and tidy (not a partier). I have great personal and rental references.

We were recently approved for a granny flat however found black mould, so sitting tight until the right place comes up.
