I am a friendly 34-year-old guy who works full-time in Brisbane City. I’m respectul of other people’s privacy, but I’m also communicative and open to new friendships. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets (even though I love dogs 🫠).

I enjoy exercising every day and have a very stable routine. I wake up at 5ish, leave to the gym, shower and go straight to work. I come back home around 6-7ish and just have a laid-back evening. I normally don’t cook dinner and head to bed around 10:30pm. I expect a quiet environment in the house around then. I also don’t have a car. I clean after myself and expect my flatmates to do the same 🙂

I am looking to team up with 2 or 3 others, so we can apply to a new unit together (3-4 bed 2-3 bath). I have my own furniture and everything for the house (definitely happy to share).

Suburbs I am currently looking are Hamilton, Ascot, Hendra, Windsor, Enoggera, Stafford and closeby suburbs, as they have big and nice houses with pool.

My house is extremely clean and organised at all times. My furniture is all high-end, which also includes a robot vacuum that vacuums and mops every week automatically (therefore, there’s no need to worry about that).

I have an Apple TV with all the streaming services (included in the rent), and a very comfortable and large recliner lounge.

Regarding my potential flatmates, both would need to be organised, hygienic and chilled.
Respecting each other’s space and privacy is essential. Sound should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
