Hi!
I'm 43, working full time and looking for a place within 30 mins drive (approx) of Thomastown.
Having just moved back to Vic after living in Qld, I am looking forward to finding a place in Melbourne again, I'm currently commuting from Ballarat for work.
As a housemate, you'll find that I am considerate, clean and reliable. On my weekends I am usually out and about, catching up with friends, exploring or doing other random events such as comic nights, rock-climbing etc. (Then there's the Sunday cook up!).
I am looking to share with preferably only one other person, two at most. Being a little older, I am specifically looking for people within the similar age group, with a similar outlook on life.
I am looking at one of a couple different options as I have a 10 (almost) year old Border Collie x. She's highly trained, friendly and always up for a cuddle.
Option one being she'd live with me in a household that welcomes animals long term. I'd drop her off at a family members house when I'm away for work.
Option two is a place that doesn't welcome pets. This option would be short term until I find a place to rent by myself. No more than a few months, as my dog would be staying with family.
Which brings me to my work which is a bit of a mix of FIFO (I won't be home) and local work. So I am looking for a share place with a reliable and trustworthy person.
Weekdays I usually I'm usually up early and to bed early.
Ideally it would be nice to share a place with someone who likes to engage with their housemates. I'm usually organising one thing or another to explore or have a laugh with friends at. You'd always be invited.
I've probably missed a few things. So if you have any questions or think I'd make a good match for the dynamic at your place, I look forward to speaking with you.
Jeff
