I'm looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in Rose Bay (or nearby suburbs).
I'm planning to move by the end of July (can be earlier) and am looking for someone to take the second bedroom. The apartment will be fully furnished by me, so you'd only need furniture for your own room. Rent will be approximately $400–$450 per week, plus bills.

A little about me: I'm a 27 year old Aussie, self-employed, and split my time between working from home and being out during the day. I enjoy keeping the home clean, relaxed, and drama-free, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates a similar environment.
