Hi, I'm Rowan and I'm moving down to Melbourne in October. I work in the Australian Public Service in home energy efficiency policy.
I'm looking for a homely place for up to $300 pw within cycling distance to the city. I like a place that is clean and comfortable all year round.
In my downtime I like running, swimming, cycling and reading. I'm also down for a BBQ or a board game too.
