I am looking for a team-up with 1 or 2 others ideally to find a modern home that has some sort of outdoor space and a study nook for those WFH times. Would be amazing to be not that far from the ocean. Flexible with the moving date, but am keen to move now, just need to give the standard notice from the current place. Looking for a place long-term. I am a Kiwi from Auckland.

From a furniture perspective, I have everything necessary from my current place including kitchenware and a lemon tree that is struggling to grow.

I like to live in a clean and tidy house with a homely feel and comfortable, friendly, and social vibes.

I work within the product/marketing arena, currently in the financial services world. In a normal time, I might WFH one or two days a week.
