Hello,

My name is Lucimara, my friends call me Lu or Luci, I am very interested in a room and a quiet place, I would like to have my own bathroom and toilet if possible. I need a place to stay for 1 year or more.

I am Brazilian, I have a permanent visa to live in Australia, as I lived in Australia for almost 10 years. At the moment I am living in Paris, I was studying here and now I am returning to Australia in July, because I am waiting for my Australian citizenship and to get it I need to stay in Australia for at least 1 year or more.

I am very homely, I don't smoke, I have my own business in Brazil, I have three lingerie stores, which I run with my sister-in-law, so I work from home managing my online business. I don't go out much, in fact it is very rare that I go out during the day or at night, I am really a homebody. I have not animals but I am huge pet lover.

I am the type of person who likes to read books and watch movies online, I love pets, I am quiet and a bit shy, but sometimes it is good to have someone to talk to or drink a glassof wine.

So, as I said, I am looking for a long-term rental for 1 year or more and I have no furniture, so I need at least a bed for my room, as I said before, I would like to have my own bathroom and toilet, but it is not important, I just need a quiet place to live.

As for the rent, I have no problem paying on time or in advance if necessary. I can pay the bond without any problems.

I am a simple and shy person, but I am also a quiet person.
