Hi potential housemates!

I'm a recently turned 30 year old female with a 5.5 yr old dog called Sage (Border Collie X). We both love our long walks, hiking, plants/ gardening, cleaning, socialising sometimes and relaxing whilst listening to saxophone music. Sage is an inside and outside girl. She has a gentle nature, is sometimes a human shadow and will happily sit next to you for hours if you're relaxing or working, unless she wants some personal space. Sage sleeps about 18 hours a day when we're not on walks or at the dog park. She has some chronic health conditions (but has been stable for years) requiring her not to eat any crumbs/ food left on the floor and is very friendly with all animals. She usually stays inside while I'm working in the field, but will be by my side if I'm home or not working.

I work in the community services, running my own business in disability support and often work in the field as a disability support worker. I have just finished the first course in my postgraduate studies in diagnostic genomics, as I am working towards becoming a genetic counsellor. I'm focused on my health and wellness in addition to building my career and Sage.

We're regulars at the dog park, like to see our friends often and like to make new friends in our local community. We have often gone on adventures around rural Victoria/ Coastal areas/ Alpine regions.

I'm looking for a share-house/ flat share that has a sense of community, is drama free and is well kept. I'm a clean and an easy going person who is respectful of all diversity and minority groups and like to be a positive and proactive person. I like to share a meal and/ or hang out with those whom I live with when the opportunity allows. I also respect privacy and quiet time, as I understand we all need this at times.

I have my own car for work, thus requiring a parking option (on-street is fine). I have also managed all the bills at previous share houses. However, I am flexible with this in future shared accommodation. I like to complete a regular weekly clean of the house and keep the gardens/ outside spaces neat and tidy, but I am also happy to share the chores.

I'm also happy to be on a lease and sign a pet clause if needed. Sage has her own "Pet Resume". I'm looking for a place to live semi-long term. At least a year but hopefully more. I look forward to hearing from you!
