Hi I am Kate!

I am currently looking for accommodation in all areas in Baldivis, or surrounding areas. I am also looking in Fremantle, and surrounding suburbs. I have family near to both. I am looking for 2 rooms if possible.

I have a full time income and pay rent on time, often early. I am house proud, extremely clean and tidy, and am respectful of other’s space. I do enjoy a great chat too!

About me…I have gone back to university to study Law/Criminology with a major in crime science and forensics. I have 2 years to go of a 5 year degree so it would be ideal if I could find somewhere longterm. It’s a huge study load so often you wouldn’t see me much if I am studying.

Most days you will see me at the gym or pool, and do not party or drink. I have some flexibility to move as my lease is up. Good references. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers, Kate
