Ellyse

Hello! I'm Ellyse, and I've lived in Brisbane for 18 months, having moved up from Sydney. I enjoy a movie night, reading, listening to podcasts (anything from geopolitics to pop culture) Pilates and going for walks with my dog. I also make a great banana cake!

I’m a friendly person and am happy to spend time together over a meal, a chat on the couch, a trip to the weekend markets or the occasional drink. I also enjoy time to myself and respect other people’s space and privacy. I like having friends come around for dinner once in a while, and would encourage the same for you too!

I have an English Staffy named Zuko who is my best mate. He's house trained (I've raised him in apartments and share houses) and very friendly and sweet.

I work full time as a policy professional, mostly from home but I do go into the office 1-2 times per week. I also travel a little bit for work and to visit friends and family back in Sydney a few times a year.

I have my own furniture which I plan to bring with me to our new home- ideally, you would only need to furnish your own room but I can be flexible with common spaces.

I'm interested in a team up but am also open to moving into an existing rental if the right place comes along. I'm flexible with my move-in date.
