Easygoing, friendly and considerate 49-year-old guy, working full-time as a loss adjuster (insurance investigations) based in Mooloolaba. I generally work normal office hours, with the occasional few days away for work.

I enjoy a fairly relaxed lifestyle and appreciate having a comfortable, peaceful place to call home. Outside work, I spend time developing my own dining website, enjoy a good Netflix series and am keen to get back into lawn bowls, which has always been a great sport and social outlet for me.

I'm clean, tidy, financially stable and respectful of shared spaces and other people's privacy. I get along well with people from all walks of life and enjoy a chat and a laugh, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing. I'm not a party person and appreciate a relaxed household where everyone feels comfortable.

I don't have any pets, but love animals and would be very happy sharing a home with them. I don't smoke cigarettes, although I do vape and am completely happy to keep that outdoors.

I'm looking around Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim, Alexandra Headland, Mountain Creek, Birtinya and surrounding areas, ideally somewhere reasonably convenient to work. I'm flexible about the number of housemates — finding the right people and atmosphere matters more to me.

I'm ready to move in and looking for somewhere for at least three months, ideally longer if it's a good fit. Ultimately, I'd love to find a welcoming, easygoing home where everyone is considerate and can enjoy their own space.
