I’m looking for a place where I can have two rooms (one bedroom + a separate workspace). This is essential as I own a hair extension business and i run it from home.

Ideally I’d love my own place, but I’m absolutely open to shared accommodation if the setup is right.

With my business I only ever see one client at a time, so it’s very quiet, discreet, and respectful of the home — no foot traffic or disruption.

What I’m looking for:
• 2 rooms (or 1 bedroom + workspace) – non-negotiable
• Open to living with men or women
• Clean, respectful household
• Available to move in immediately

About me:
• Friendly, bubbly, and very easy to get along with
• Can be sociable or keep to myself – very adaptable
• I love music and singing (always respectful with noise)
• I absolutely love cooking for other people (not a fan of cooking just for myself!)
• Extremely clean and tidy (a bit OCD about cleanliness, in a good way!)
• Respectful, reliable, and drama-free

Other details:
• Budget: $700 per week including all bills
• Can pay a minimum of 3 months’ rent upfront
• I do smoke, but always outside

I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into quickly and feel comfortable in, whether that’s my own place or the right shared home with the space I need.
