Hey there, I'm Kerrie (or Kez) and am an illustrator and designer from Melbourne moving up to Sydney for work. I in my down time and weekends i'm pretty active, drawing, painting, training, climbing, surfing or training for surfboat rowing. And in between that catching up with friends for a cuppa or ramen :)

I'm fairly social, but also like my space and have previous housemates as character references if needed. I love to keep my place reasonably clean and tidy, also currently have a place with a big garden, so am no stranger to doing the lawns/looking after veggie patches etc.

Preference for women only household but would consider mixed for the right vibe/place.

Looking for a place close to surf or work in surry hills.

I have 2 weeks from Jan 4th - Jan 20th (Just arrived in sydney from Melbourne) able to inspect places. So looking to lock in something long term, minimum 6 months.

I will be working from home 2 days a week on tues and thursdays so need a room big enough for a desk/to be able to do my art. Or if there's a designated office space for those working from home.

I also have a car that I spend half my life travelling to work/the surf on weekends and need easy access to it to load camping gear/surfboards etc. So a car space is preferred otherwise can do on street parking if permits are available.
