Hi, I’m Kyle.

I’m a 36-year-old consultant currently working in Sydney on a long-term contract. I work full-time (mostly standard business hours) and live a pretty structured, healthy lifestyle.

A few things about me:
• Early riser (usually up before 5am)
• Gym most afternoons (Next Gen member)
• Don’t party
• Clean, respectful and organised
• Financially stable and reliable with rent
• I have impeccable references

I’m in a focused season of focusing on ky contract work, so home for me is a calm base somewhere to recharge, train, cook, read and reset.

I don’t smoke.
Occasional drink socially but not a big nightlife person.
No pets (though I love dogs).

Ideally looking for:
• Train access
• Clean and well-kept place
• A space that feels calm rather than chaotic
